About

Companion: A person or animal with whom one spends a lot of time, or with whom one travels. One of a pair of things intended to complement each other.
Spiritual direction or companioning is a process of transformative, contemplative listening in which two people meet to deepen awareness of the activity of the sacred in their lived experience.
People are often called to the inward journey, it is common to seek companions for the path.
Whether you consider yourself spiritual, religious, or none-of-the-above, it is my calling to support you on that path.
As an open-hearted, spiritually grounded human being, I find solace and support for my life in nature and in the company of other human and non-human companions.
I believe that there is a higher Energy that permeates the universe and all life on Earth.
Everything is sacred, whether joyful or challenging. In the presence of this higher Energy and in contemplative awareness, together, we can grow to our fullest, wholest version of ourselves.

What do I bring to the table?
I am a certified Spiritual Director, an endorsed Chaplain, and a Licensed Practitioner of Religious Science with Centers for Spiritual Living.
I bring years of experience offering compassionate, interfaith spiritual care and emotional support in both clinical and community settings.
At the heart of my work is deep, attentive listening and a gentle, contemplative presence. I strive to create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and welcomed, spaces that support healing, growth, and meaningful transformation.
I have experience accompanying individuals and families through grief, trauma, and end-of-life journeys, and I am deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and sacred presence in all I do.
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I strive to offer spiritual care that honors the dignity of people from all marginalized communities. I hold this commitment with humility and ongoing learning.
